Our Fresh Kielabasa is made of pork mixed with our own special seasonings with just a touch of garlic flavor. 

A German style summer sausage. Made of a blend of Beef, Pork and fresh onions. It is fully cooked. Our favorite way to eat Mettwurst is to slice it cold and eat it on crackers.

Made of Beef and Pork with a taste of garlic. These are great cooked with sauerkraut or grilled. These make a fast meal as they are fully cooked.

A traditional Swedish sausage (Potatis Korv), made with a blend of potatoes, beef and pork. Pre-cooked, just brown and serve, or they are deliicious cooked on the grill! We stuff them like a bratwurst and they are frozen with six per package.
